By creating an account or using JustKalm services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Services
JustKalm provides an AI-powered product intelligence API that delivers real-time valuations, authenticity verification, and market insights. Our services include:
- Product valuation API endpoints
- Software development kits (SDKs)
- Dashboard and analytics tools
- Documentation and support resources
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
- Share or resell your API access without authorization
- Submit false or misleading data to manipulate valuations
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the API infrastructure
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute valuation data without permission
5. API Usage and Rate Limits
Each subscription tier includes specific API call limits and rate restrictions. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or additional charges. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice.
6. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Overages, where enabled, are billed at the end of each billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
JustKalm retains all rights to our AI models, algorithms, software, and services. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the API. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data for service delivery purposes.
8. Data and Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any data to our services and that your use complies with applicable privacy laws.
9. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, valuations are estimates based on available data and should not be the sole basis for significant financial decisions. We do not guarantee the authenticity of any product.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustKalm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends and you must stop using your API keys.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
